First Connect Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements

Submission Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of previous Home Health RN experience required
  • At least 1 travel contract completed

  • Work history / resume
  • Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
  • License verification
  • Copy of required certifications
  • References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
  • Proof of Taxable Address, to verify bill rate in accordance with local traveler policy listed above (any of the below documents are acceptable; only 1 document is required) :
  • Driver’s License
  • Current Utility Bill
  • Lease / Rental Agreement
  • Mortgage Statement / Bill
  • Homeowner’s or Renter’s Insurance Statement / Bill
  • Voter Registration
  • Bank Statement
  • Auto Insurance
  • Tax Return

    • Certification Requirements :

  • BLS (AHA)

    • State License Requirements :

  • Iowa
