The Warehouse Specialist supports daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe receipt, storage, and distribution of products. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced distribution setting.

High school diploma or GED. 13 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience. Basic computer skills; experience with WMS or inventory systems preferred. Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for extended periods. Ability to operate or willingness to be trained on forklifts and material-handling equipment.
The expected pay range for this role is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
