Healthcare Analytics Lead

A company is looking for an Analyst-Strategic Intelligence and Market Insights Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic analytics projects related to facility planning, market expansion, and service line performance

Utilize statistical modeling and data visualization to identify trends and actionable insights

Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to support executive decision-making and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred

7-10 years of relevant experience required

5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics required

Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI software; 3-5 years of Power BI development experience preferred

Familiarity with healthcare claims analytics and the Indiana healthcare landscape preferred
