Job Description

Job Title : Designer

Location : 100% Remote, United State

Duration : 3-6 month contract, 40 hours / weekly

Pay Rate : $40.00-$45.00 / hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Create digital and print designs for campaigns and events, including web, email, social, and large-scale graphics.
  • Present multiple design options that align with brand guidelines and allow creative flexibility.
  • Partner with writers, designers, and producers to deliver cohesive marketing materials.
  • Revise designs based on feedback while ensuring quality and brand consistency.
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files across digital and print formats.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail.
  • Assist in developing presentations for creative concepts.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools, including emerging AI technologies, to improve creative work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or comparable professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on design experience in either an agency setting or in-house team.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong skills in both digital and event design across diverse platforms.
  • Keen design eye with a deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand communication.
  • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma and AI tools is a bonus.
  • Well-versed in digital design best practices, including banner ads and email layouts.
  • Demonstrated success in event design, particularly large-scale print graphics with consistent brand application.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiar with project management software.
