Premiere Roofing a leading provider of high-quality roofing solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Custom Builder Representative to develop and maintain strong relationships with custom home builders, general contractors, and developers. This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing builder accounts, and ensuring seamless coordination of roofing installations on custom residential and light commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and establish relationships with custom home builders, developers, and general contractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for builder clients throughout project lifecycles
- Present roofing products, services, and proposals tailored to builder needs
- Prepare and deliver bids and estimates for new construction projects
- Coordinate with internal teams (estimating, production, operations) to ensure timely and accurate job execution
- Monitor project schedules and maintain proactive communication with builder clients
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and builder meetings to promote company brand and offerings
- Stay current on industry trends, local building codes, and competitor activity
Qualifications :
Proven experience in construction sales, preferably in roofing, building materials, or related industriesEstablished relationships within the custom home builder and contractor community a plusStrong knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environmentProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWhat We Offer :
