Security Officer - Unarmed Auto Patrols

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Auto Patrols in Euless, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout an automotive location. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond to incidents as needed, and support a culture built on teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Pay Rate : $15.25 / Hour

Job Schedule :

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the auto-related environment to help to deter theft, vandalism, or other unwanted activity.
  • Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
  • Assist with access control and / or visitor management as required by the site.
  • Remain alert to potential hazards or security-related issues specific to auto industry locations and report findings promptly.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
