Operations Associate (Marblehead)

Abbott & Oaks is a fast-growing vintage and antique jewelry company based in Marblehead, MA. Were looking for a full-time Operations Associate to join our team and help keep our day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, loves structure, and enjoys being part of a small, hands-on team. Youll touch nearly every part of our operational flowfrom fulfillment to returns to inventory coordinationand play a critical role in delivering an elevated client experience.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Order Fulfillment : Carefully package and prepare customer orders with an eye for detail and presentation
• Shipping & Logistics : Generate shipping labels, track deliveries, and troubleshoot shipping issues
• Returns : Process customer returns, inspect items, and manage restocking or internal review
• Inventory Support : Help track and manage inventory across departments
• CX Assistance : Occasionally assist with customer follow-ups or inquiries
• Operational Flexibility : Support cataloging and intake during peak periods
