Job Summary

This individual will oversee all accounting and financial activity within the District, including forecasting and budgeting. Key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring financial statements are prepared in an accurate, complete, and timely manner
• Ensuring training and development of all accounting and clerical staff within the District
• Providing financial support and guidance to operations
• Assisting with new business return on investment pro-forma including risk analysis
• Assisting Sector Finance team with keeping operations focused on optimization of working capital
• Performing other duties as assigned
