As a Staff Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a resilient, scalable, and secure platform that supports millions of users and endpoints. You will design, implement, and automate infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across cloud and on-premises environments. Working closely with development and operations teams, you will provide a robust foundation for applications, enable continuous delivery, and enhance observability to improve system health. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic thinking, offering opportunities to influence platform architecture and optimize operational workflows.

Accountabilities :

• Develop tools and frameworks to automate operational tasks and service deployments for cloud-based and endpoint systems.
• Enhance and maintain observability capabilities to monitor and improve system health, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines to support rapid, high-quality software delivery.
• Support product development teams in designing software architecture that maximizes performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and security teams to deliver a world-class platform experience.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and remote endpoint agents to ensure resilience and reliability.
