Position Overview

NTT DATA Americas, Inc is seeking a senior SAP Quality Management (QM) specialist to lead end‑to‑end SAP QM implementations, enhancements, and support activities. This remote role requires deep expertise in SAP PP and QM.

Experience Required

10+ years in SAP PP and QM

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP QM implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QM with PP, MM, SD, and other modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Design and configure QM processes including inspection planning, results recording, defect management, and quality notifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and production processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and industry standards.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and support teams.
  • Support audit and compliance activities related to quality processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP QM and PP modules.
  • Proven track record of leading SAP QM implementations or rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Experience with integration points between QM and other SAP modules.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage change.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    Starting hourly range : $85 - $90 (remote). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance; flexible spending or health savings account; life and AD&D insurance; short‑and long‑term disability coverage; paid time off; employee assistance; participation in a 401(k) program with company match; and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
