Dental Manufacturing Manager - CDT Preferred

Salary - 130k -150k DOE

This role is for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, low-automation production environment within a growing dental manufacturing organization in San Diego. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality output by managing teams, processes, and resources to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities Highlighted :

• Operational Leadership : Directing and coordinating daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Team Management : Supervising, developing, training, and motivating teams (20+ employees).
• Process Improvement : Implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques to enhance efficiency.
• Quality and Safety : Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and potentially regulatory standards like cGMP, ISO 13485.
• Resource Management : Monitoring inventory, developing staffing plans, and coordinating equipment maintenance.
• Reporting & Communication : Completing accurate reports and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
