Our Nurse Residency Program is designed for new graduates and nurses with less than one year of experience, offering 9 months of structured guidance to kickstart your career in rehabilitation nursing. With an extended orientation, interdisciplinary shadowing, targeted education, and a chance to work on an evidence-based project, this program enables you to flourish and succeed in your nursing journey.

Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
