Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Proactively connect with potential and current clients in Greeley, Colorado, to discuss their insurance needs and provide solutions.

Sales Generation : Drive the growth of new business by identifying and pursuing sales prospects within the local community.

Policy Advisory : Offer expert guidance on insurance plans, helping clients select the best coverage options that suit their unique needs.

Relationship Management : Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Market Awareness : Stay informed about the latest insurance products and market trends to deliver up-to-date advice to clients.

Community Involvement : Engage actively with the local community to enhance the reputation and visibility of Joseph Unruh American Family Insurance.

Requirements

Licensing : Must hold a valid Colorado Property & Casualty License.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills : Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Customer-Centric : Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Problem Solving : Ability to assess clients' needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
