Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is a family-owned business with roots extending before Prohibition that has evolved into one of the nation's largest wine and spirits wholesalers. We are looking for energetic Delivery Drivers that possess a valid State driver's license. As a member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the products we sell are delivered on time, and orders are filled accurately.

In this role, you will :

• Accurately deliver all products by bottle, case, or pallet from the delivery truck to the customer's account by hand truck.
• Safely operate commercial vehicle and properly conduct a pre and post trip inspection, notating any vehicle defects.
• Make an average of 20 timely deliveries a day.
• Verify receipt of correct order with the customer by checking product against invoice, obtains customer signature and payment if necessary, for goods received.
• Ensure physical security of truck at all times.
• Provide regular feedback to management in terms of route changes, concerns or areas of opportunity.
• Abide by the DOT hours of service rules and regulations for their license type.

What you bring to RNDC : High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, two years delivery experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
