Now Hiring : Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are searching for a Front Desk Agent for the My Town Extended Stay hotel located at 2005 Dean Ave Rome GA. When joining our team, you will be joining a company who prides themselves with providing exceptional guest service, recognizing our associates as our best asset, and providing value to our business partners and owners. Our front desk agent will :

• Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
• Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
• Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
• Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
