Travel Superintendent - Self Storage Projects

Descripción del trabajoSupervise on-site teams, ensuring safety standards and quality benchmarks are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain project timelines. Review and interpret blueprints, ensuring alignment with project specifications. Monitor budgets and expenses, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations. Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly in self-storage or similar developments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. Excellent knowledge of construction safety standards and practices. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments. Competitive salary range of $105,500 to $130,500. Opportunities for career growth within the construction services industry.
