Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and mental health.Monitor vital signs, intake / output, and other clinical indicators to detect changes in patient conditions.Monitor vital signs, lab results, and symptom progression closely. Safely administer prescribed medications (oral, IV, subcutaneous, intramuscular) and monitor for adverse effects or allergic reactions.Function as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure the patient's needs are met.Provide patient education on their condition, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments to support recovery and prevent readmission.Communicate effectively with doctors, specialists, physical therapists, and social workers to develop and adjust care plans.Qualifications

Current and valid state RN LicenseCurrent BLS certificate upon hire and maintain currentAdditional Qualifications That Are a Plus :
