Project Manager – Packaging Operations (Contract Role)

  • Location : Onsite in Kissimmee (Monday–Thursday) & Remote Fridays
  • Pay Rate : $40 / hr
  • Duration : ASAP – 4 / 26 / 2026
  • Employment Type : Temporary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee packaging development for a leading global entertainment & consumer products brand. This role sits at the intersection of creative design, product development, and operations, managing high-volume packaging projects across multiple categories.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage structural and creative packaging projects from planning through execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Product Design, Sourcing, and Merchandising teams.
  • Maintain timelines, resources, and deliverables across 100+ concurrent projects.
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and milestones to cross-functional teams.
  • Track progress and maintain detailed documentation using project management tools.
  • Identify workflow improvements and process efficiencies to support team success.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of packaging workflows (structural + creative).
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders with precision.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar tools (a plus!).
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Project Management, Business Operations, or related field preferred.
