Job Overview :

As a full-time Service Manager - Foreman at Future Auto Service in Burbank, CA, you'll lead our shop operations and drive customer satisfaction by ensuring all automotive repair services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Supervising work quality across all repair projects and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
  • Giving clear and decisive orders to employees to maintain an optimized workflow and schedule.
  • Multitasking / follow up on multiple service jobs simultaneously to track progress and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Driving high standards for efficiency and customer communication.
  • Contributing to a positive, clean, and productive shop environment.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in the auto industry as a service manager
  • 7+ years of managing experience in the automotive business
  • Commitment and ability to reach goals and meet quota
  • Ability to supervise work quality, give orders to employees, follow up, and multitask
