Join Our Dynamic Nursing Team! \n\n Job Description : \n\n- Position : Registered Nurse (RN) \n- Unit : Skilled Nursing \n- Schedule : 0.9 FTE Day Shift (0630-1900) \n- Flexibility : Rotate between weekday and weekend shifts \n- Census : May float to other in-patient units as needed \n\n Key Responsibilities : \n\n- Utilize the nursing process in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care. \n- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and state laws. \n- Document care and interactions in accordance with established standards. \n- Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans, in collaboration with physicians and hospital policies. \n- Actively participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance within the unit. \n- Provide clinical expertise and guidance across units / departments to support comprehensive patient care. \n- Apply critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience; escalate issues appropriately within the chain of command. \n\n Qualifications : \n\n- Current Wisconsin RN License \n- BLS / BCLS certification \n- Less than 1 year of experience preferred \n\n Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol) : \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
