Sales Support Representative

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative to provide enterprise-level support and service activities for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee support and service activities for company products and services

Develop and maintain customer relationships while coordinating service incident resolutions

Document activities in the CRM system and collaborate with Sales Management on business evaluations

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1 years of relevant experience in B2B sales support, preferably in the medical device industry

BA / BS in a business discipline or equivalent experience preferred but not required

Proven ability to develop and build strong customer relationships

Self-starter with leadership qualities and a strong work ethic

Motivated with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
