NYS Physical Therapy Licensure and BLS - Required.

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, receiving applicable degree in physical therapy study with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - Required.

Shift : 0730-1630, M-F

Main Location : 6 Wheeler St, Greene, NY Work setting is split between an onsite Occupational Medicine clinic and a manufacturing facility / warehouse setting (located across the street from office)

some level of experience beyond outpatient physical therapy; e.g experience in the form of ergonomic evaluation experience, OSHA trainings, or performing functional capacity / return to duty clearances
