Job Description :

The Business Analyst ROLE WILL be responsible for gathering requirements and assisting with projects, building an interactive dashboard.

This position will perform configuration management technician duties and support the migration tool (changeman) for the Medicaid IT services team.

Configuration management technician duties will include identifying testing needs and participating in the implementation of the new release of the software as needed.
