The LLM AI Developer will build and refine advanced language models and generative AI systems. This role will focus on designing solutions that enhance business operations, client interactions, and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine large language models using modern machine learning techniques and tools.
• Deploy AI-driven features into existing business systems to improve automation and decision-making.
• Experiment with new model architectures and AI technologies to evaluate their business potential.
• Partner with data teams to collect, clean, and prepare training datasets for AI applications.
• Ensure all AI implementations meet data governance, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align AI projects with strategic goals.
• Share knowledge and support team development within the AI Innovation Group.
