Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst

Job Summary :

Consultant Advisor, EMR Tosha Smith is recruiting this position.

Our hybrid client in the northeast is seeking an Epic Certified Willow Inpatient Analyst for a 12+ month contract starting January 2026 for a new Meditech to Epic conversion with a Big Bang Go-Live scheduled for Q1 2027.

Requirements :

• Must be Epic Certified in Willow Inpatient with current CEEs.
• Must have successfully completed at least one Epic full life cycle as a Deployment or Implementation Analyst, preferably where the client went from MEDITECH to Epic.
• Must have 3+ years of Epic implementation experience.
• Must have strong design and build experience.
• May need to travel onsite every 2 months for milestone meetings (TBD).
