Key Responsibilities
Respond to employee questions about benefits and leave of absence
Process enrollments, qualifying life events, and benefit changes accurately
Support open enrollment processes and maintain organized records
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in employee benefits administration or related fields
Exposure to open enrollment and leave of absence processes
Experience with HRIS or benefits administration systems
Understanding of medical, dental, and vision plans
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
