Job Description

• Manage and oversee MEP construction activities on-site for data center projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Review and interpret construction documents, including blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure proper installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Provide regular updates and reports to project management teams.
• Travel to various project locations as required to oversee operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Traveling Superintendent - Data Center should have :

• A strong background in construction management, particularly with MEP systems.
• Proven ability to lead and manage on-site construction teams effectively.
• Familiarity with data center construction projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to different project locations as needed.
