Descripción del trabajoProvide administrative and clinical supervision for all nursing departments during off-shift hours. Coordinate nursing resources to ensure appropriate staffing and coverage hospital-wide. Serve as a primary point of contact for staff, physicians, and families during off-shift operations. Oversee patient flow, including admissions, discharges, and transfers. Promote adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards. Ensure effective communication between departments and the nursing administration. Support staff in resolving patient care and operational issues promptly. Participate in safety rounds and respond to emergency situations as needed. Nurse Manager – Off-Shift Manager
Key Responsibilities
Minimum Experience : 1+ year of experience in a Nurse Manager or similar leadership role \nTravel Experience : Required \n\nLicensure : Active Massachusetts RN license\n\nCertifications Required : AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)\n\nEMR Experience : EPIC required\n\nEducation : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
