Palmeira Home Health is looking for a hard-working and dedicated Physical Therapist for full-time or per diem to provide high-quality care in the comfort of their patients homes.

Area Coverage : Sta. Clara County

A salary from $135,000 per year.

As a FULL TIME Palmeira Home Health Physical Therapist, you can expect :

  • Competitive, bi-weekly pay : Depending on Home Health experience
  • FULL IRS Mileage Reimbursement : $0.70 per mile
  • Benefits : 401K, Paid Time Off, Medical Insurance with dental and vision coverage
  • New Hire training : for 3-5 days
  • SUPPORT : 24 / 7 Available Clinical and Intake Support

    Requirements :

  • At least 6 months of home health experience as a Physical Therapist for Per Diem
  • Possess a Valid Physical Therapist license in the State of California
  • Possess a current and valid BLS (CPR) / ACLS
  • A copy of a Negative TB test result and Flu Shot (within the last year)
  • A copy of Immunization / Vaccination Records (Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella)
  • Possess a Driver's License with auto-insurance

    • Others :

  • Must be willing to drive and provide care in the patients places of residence
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
  • Must have no health restrictions that impede provision of care to the patient.
