About the Role

The Composites GBU Industrial Hygiene Expert leads the industrial hygiene program, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment through developing, implementing, and supporting industrial hygiene initiatives, training, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Hazard Identification : Anticipate, identify, and recognize workplace hazards.
• Risk Management : Manage risk assessments and investigate workplace risks.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, REACH, ANSI, and ACGIH standards.
• Program Development : Develop and implement industrial hygiene programs, establish policies, and maintain tools.
• Site Support : Provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, conduct site visits, and participate in health investigations.
• Training and Education : Develop and deliver tailored training programs.
• Investment Reviews : Evaluate IH aspects of new projects and facilities, ensuring compliance and safety controls.
• Regulatory Monitoring : Monitor, interpret, and comment on relevant legislation.
