Local and established waterproofing and foundation repair company in Lebanon, Tennessee seeking full time employment for Foreman, Leadman and Laborers. Starting pay is up to $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with opportunities to increase up to $35.00 / hr when promoted to a Foreman. Class B required for all Foreman (can obtain after employed). Foreman in Training program for new hires if qualified. This employment opportunity is a great chance to start a career with a growing organization.

Essential duties may include, but are not limited to :

• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to follow direction.
• Manual digging and lifting 80-100 pounds.
• Concrete labor / Moving concrete.
• Available to work long hours and some Saturdays.

Requirements :

Valid Driver's License.

Pass Drug Test.

Pass Background Check.
