Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Ithaca, NY 14850 (New York nursing jobs)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 7 / 21 / 2025 – End : 10 / 20 / 2025)

Healthcare Setting : Medical / Surgical Telemetry (4 North & 4 South units)

Shift : Day shifts, 3x12 hour shifts per week

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,990 – $2,130

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry RN experience

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State

Epic EMR experience required

Willingness to float between 4 North and 4 South units

Ability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays

Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Medical / Surgical and Telemetry units

Manage a patient ratio of 1 : 5-6 in a clinical setting

Document patient care and assessments using Epic EMR

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Float between sister units as needed to provide clinical support

Maintain professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment
