Candidates must have at least two years of ER nursing experience and will work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. Job Details

Critical access hospital in northwest Wisconsin is looking for an ER nurse with at least 2 years of experience to complete a 13 week travel assignment.

This is a traveler friendly facility and the area offers a variety of outdoor activities including miles of beautiful hiking trails.

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of ER nursing experience required.

Experience in ER & urgent care is preferred.

Schedule Information

All 12 hour shifts.

Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend.

Holiday Requirements : Rotating Holidays.

Shifts will depend on the need.

Unit Specific Information

Unit / Department specific orientation : Dependent on individual person.

Additional Details

Department : Emergency Room | RN

Trauma Level : 4, Not STEMI or Stroke center

# Beds / Trauma Bays : 12 beds and 2 trauma rooms.

Do you have a Fast Track : Yes

Do you have a separate Triage area : Yes, separate triage area. We would prefer travelers be trained to triage.

Nurse / Patient Ratios : From 11p-8a 2 RNs, add an RN at 8-8 and from 11a-11p.

ED Physician 24 / 7 in house, mid-level coverage at peak times.

There is always a House Supervisor, HS not required to take assignment.
