- About the Position :
The ERP Subject Matter Expert plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing Village’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems across production and commissary operations. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this senior-level individual contributor will lead ERP projects, analyze system performance, and identify opportunities to drive efficiency, reliability, and innovation.
- What You’ll Do :
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP production modules and integrations.
- Lead ERP-related projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and operational issues.
- Analyze system performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure effective system adoption.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and system design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
- What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of ERP system administration experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP ERP Business One preferred; ProcessForce experience a plus.
- Background in retail, grocery, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

- Location : On-site – Bronx, NY
- Schedule : GGCK is typically closed on Sundays and Wednesdays (shifts may vary).
- Must be able to tolerate refrigerated temperatures as required for certain tasks.
- Successful completion of a background screening is required.

Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $154,400.00 - $173,800.00 per year
