Description
Reporting to the Clinical Trial Revenue Manager, the Financial Analyst - Revenue Integrity plays an important role in a high-profile group tasked with improving revenue results by taking a broad view of clinical and financial processes, functions, and interdependencies from the provision of patient care to final bill generation and collection. Due to its project management emphasis, this position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, superb analytic and organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while influencing, but not directly managing the work of others.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Health Administration discipline highly desired.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years’ experience in a professional healthcare setting preferred. Knowledge of financial analysis in a health care setting is strongly preferred.
