Job Description
:The Talent Development and Learning (TD&L) group has an opening for a . A successful candidate will support in-person and virtual delivery of enterprise-wide training to support Agile certification and Product Management needs of the enterprise.
This role will work in a collaborative team environment and deliver programs and classes across all business units. A strong background in Agile Learning, Leadership, Product, and Coaching is needed.
The Role
The primary focus of this role is to support the TD&L group’s learning priorities in a training environment. Outside the classroom the Director will plan for upcoming deliveries, communicate with participants, and consult with learning partners. The role is seen as a Leader inside and outside our organization.
