Key responsibilities Drive inbound and outbound pipeline growth through self-service and B2B sales-assisted acquisition strategies Oversee product marketing enablement for both internal and external audiences, ensuring effective communication and execution Establish a systematic, metrics-driven operating structure with clear KPIs and regular performance assessments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 12+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on senior leadership in multi-function marketing organizations Proven ability to manage both self-service and B2B/outbound marketing funnels simultaneously Experience in building systematic marketing operations with metrics and prioritization frameworks in high-growth environments Strong leadership skills across various marketing disciplines, including demand generation, product marketing, and brand management
