Director of Human Resources

To support a growing nonprofit organization, the full-time salaried Director of Human Resources will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while working remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary internal HR leader and trusted advisor to the leadership team, developing strong partnerships with external HR providers Lead recruitment processes and enhance the employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to offboarding Manage employee relations matters and support performance management processes to foster a culture of feedback and accountability Required qualifications 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in multiple HR functions Experience as an HR business partner or internal HR leader in a similar organization Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters with discretion Commitment to inclusive organizational practices and values-driven leadership
