Senior Brand Manager

Purpose and Scope / General Summary : We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Pilgrim's! The Senior Brand Manager would have ownership and responsibility for building four exciting brands in a highly entrepreneurial environment. This role will drive brand planning, integrated communications, and innovation initiatives and is pivotal in shaping the brand's long-term vision and short-term execution across multiple channels and teams.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Brand Stewardship

• Serve as a key contributor to the 3-Year Plan (3YP) and 1-Year Plan (1YP).
• Lead quarterly marketing planning, execution, and optimization.
• Steward brand fundamentals and visual identity across all communications.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Consumer Insights & Communications

Innovation & Product Development

Budget & Performance Management

Other duties as assigned.
