Engineering Manager

Managing multiple engineering teams, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee the Merchant Capabilities team, ensuring operational health and performance while modernizing the MX Merchant product. Key responsibilities: Drive hiring, performance management, and team development to maintain high technical standards Ensure predictable and sustainable team delivery, holding commitments to product and business partners Oversee operational health, including service-level objectives and response management during high-pressure situations Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in engineering management, including hiring and performance accountability Strong technical background in .NET systems and Node.js/JavaScript applications Experience managing legacy modernization projects, specifically from .NET Framework to modern .NET Fluency in API contracts, Kafka, observability, and reliability patterns Proven ability to partner effectively with senior technical leaders
