Ensuring the accurate preparation and execution of loan documents, the full-time Mortgage Closer will manage the closing process remotely, collaborating with various stakeholders and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities Coordinate closing processes with loan officers, underwriters, and title companies to ensure timely execution Prepare and review all necessary loan documents for accuracy and completeness Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while providing excellent customer service Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; or associate degree with two years of relevant experience; or high school diploma with four years of relevant experience At least one year of progressive experience in mortgage loan processing Knowledge of mortgage loan products and documentation requirements Familiarity with compliance regulations governing mortgage lending Experience with loan origination systems, document management software, and MS Office Suite
