Accounts Payable Specialist

To support financial operations for trusted brands, the full-time Accounts Payable Specialist will process and analyze invoices, ensure compliance with internal controls, and collaborate with various teams, working in a hybrid environment based in Lakeville, Minnesota. Key Responsibilities Process and analyze invoices accurately and timely using accounting and ERP systems Review invoices for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and support month-end close activities Required Qualifications Two or more years of Accounts Payable experience Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
