Senior Program Analyst

Supporting enterprise-level program management and strategic planning, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will manage programmatic risks, establish key performance indicators, and lead the development of long-range strategic plans in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Identify and develop mitigation strategies for programmatic risks related to cost, schedule, and performance Establish and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness Lead the development of strategic plans, modernization initiatives, and technical refresh efforts Required qualifications Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in program management, project management, or related Department of Defense programs Experience managing programmatic risks and performance metrics involving cost, schedule, and performance objectives Experience supporting budget development and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process Experience developing acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs) and Performance Work Statements (PWSs) Active security clearance required
