Handling a high volume of inbound client requests, the full-time remote Call Center Representative III will provide information, process customer profile changes, and ensure first call resolution while documenting interactions in the appropriate systems. Key responsibilities Researches and resolves complex customer inquiries and escalations by applying knowledge of business rules, products, and procedures Determines root causes of client issues and coordinates with internal departments for resolution Enters semi and non-routine client updates into the appropriate system and serves as a mentor for new hires Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 4 - 6 years of related experience
