Engaging with inbound leads, the full-time Associate Business Development Representative will manage the qualification process and connect potential clients with technology solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Engage inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to determine intent and route qualified opportunities to sales consultants Conduct structured discovery to identify agency needs and generate consistent Stage 1 opportunities Maintain CRM hygiene by documenting activities and updating opportunity details while executing outbound outreach to initiate conversations Required qualifications Experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales or business development, ideally in a B2B environment Experience with CRM software; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus Associate's Degree required; focus in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline preferred Experience in lead qualifying or customer relationship management Introductory knowledge of inbound sales methodologies or lead qualification frameworks is preferred
