Seeking a strategic and hands-on Customer Marketing & Advocacy Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage programs to deepen customer relationships, drive engagement, and amplify customer voices, while reporting directly to the CMO. Key responsibilities Build and execute customer marketing campaigns that drive ARR growth through expansion and upsell motions Manage a referenceable customer pool to support the sales process, including reference calls and case studies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities translate effectively to the customer side Required qualifications 8+ years of total marketing experience, with at least 5 years in customer marketing and advocacy in B2B SaaS Proven track record in customer marketing programs tied to ARR growth and advocacy practices Experience building and managing a customer reference pool and running NPS surveys Proficiency with marketing automation tools, Pendo, Hubspot, Salesforce, and survey tools Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
