Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Associate Client Executive will drive retention and growth of a portfolio, serve as a dedicated client liaison, and provide exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities Manage renewal processes and collaborate with account management and underwriting for assigned clients Showcase products and prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to maximize sales and revenue Act as a client-facing representative during open enrollments and assist in resolving routine client issues Required qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience required At least 1 year of experience in an account management role Working knowledge of employee medical benefit plans Experience with group health insurance and self-funded health plans preferred Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
