Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Healthcare Data Analyst will analyze extensive healthcare datasets, lead large-scale projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights that improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs. Key responsibilities Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to extract actionable insights Lead planning and execution of projects and reporting tools, translating business goals into solutions Communicate findings effectively to non-technical partners and mentor junior analysts on best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 3+ years in IT Experience in healthcare analytics and knowledge of SQL/querying languages Familiarity with programmatic coding languages such as Python and R is preferred Understanding of statistical and analytical techniques, including data modeling and trend analysis
