Seeking a Human Resources Generalist or Coordinator, the full-time position will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy interpretation while supporting a diverse workforce across various locations, including remote options. Key responsibilities Coordinate talent acquisition processes and manage employee relations inquiries Serve as a liaison with campus offices to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations Participate in division-wide projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams for professional development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent education and experience Experience in recruitment, compensation management, and employee relations Ability to interpret and apply HR policies while handling confidential information Strong organizational skills and experience with HR software solutions Experience working collaboratively with supervisors and leadership in HR program delivery
