Azure Security Engineer

Seeking a contract Azure Security Engineer - MDE Administrator, this remote position will manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Servers, investigate security threats, and automate security tasks using PowerShell scripting. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Servers Investigate and remediate security threats, alerts, and endpoint vulnerabilities Conduct threat hunting and enforce endpoint security and compliance policies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in security operations, cloud, or infrastructure security Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Defender for Servers Proven track record in threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Windows Security Administration
